Frequently asked

The questions we actually get.

Straight answers.

9 questions
Where do you install?
Los Angeles and Orange County, out of Carson — Long Beach, the South Bay, Anaheim and Irvine are regular ground. Further afield is a conversation, not a no.
Which nights are open?
Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, five to eleven, every week. Other nights open by arrangement. The registry needs seven days of notice at minimum — the booth is built for your room, and that takes lead time.
How long are you on the floor?
Signature Editorial and Timeless Glam Monochrome include up to three hours of print service; Modern Atelier Ivory includes up to four. Every installation is hand-operated throughout, and additional hours are $149 each, up to two more.
Do guests keep prints the same night?
Yes. Unlimited sessions, prints handed over on the floor as they come off the machine — your choice of 2×6 or 4×6 on Metallic Pearl stock. Instant media sharing and a private high-resolution gallery follow.
What happens after I request a date?
You request the night, both founders review it by hand, HoneyBook sends the contract and invoice, and then you design your plate. The full sequence is on the How to book page.
How do the contract and payment work?
Entirely inside HoneyBook — contract, invoice and payment. This site never processes a payment or holds a signature.
Can we add a backdrop or an attendant?
Yes. Bespoke and white-flower backdrops, prop signs with a table, and a dedicated booth attendant can be quoted separately after your request. They are never added to the HoneyBook invoice without your approval.
Can we design the printed keepsake?
That is the point of it. You choose the plate, the paper hue and the lines in the studio, and a custom welcome screen greets your guests at the booth.
Who actually runs the booth?
The two of us. Every installation is measured, calibrated and operated by hand — there is no third-party operator and no franchise.
